"The Bacari team is at it again, this time opening up an entirely new restaurant concept on busy West Third Street. The incoming Byrdie’s Rotisserie takes over the sadly shuttered brunch staple Quality, which closed during the ongoing pandemic after 28 years, and replaces it with a straightforward menu of a la carte rotisserie chicken, wings, and more, spread across bowls, sandwiches, and the like. Byrdie’s had been in the works as a side concept for the Bacari team for a couple of years before the Quality space became available (the group also owns a Bacari next door), inspired in part by chef/partner Lior Hillel’s family recipes." - Farley Elliott
