"Hosting a one-night-only pop-up from Milan’s Trippa, this restaurant is closely linked with chef Diego Rossi’s team, to the point that it has kept Rossi’s vitello tonnato on the menu since Trippa’s first pop-up there in 2024 as a nod to the ongoing friendship between the kitchens.
