A Familiar Name Is Behind This Saintly New Cafe - Eater New Orleans

"There is a new, as-yet-unnamed restaurant coming to NOLA by the team that brought the city Bacchanal Fine Wine & Spirits, reports NOLA.com. Come October, Hotel Peter and Paul in the Marginy— a transformation of a former Catholic church — will open at 2317 Burgundy St. Co-owner Nathalie Jordi tapped the teach behind Bacchanal to develop a bar and cafe in the nontraditional space, which itself is slated to open in November. The new eatery will serve coffee and pastry in the morning, the menu shifting to snacks and small plates as the day goes on; brunch will also be in the cards. The bar will focus on Old World wines, many of which sourced from small producers." - Alison Baitz
