"Hidden within Manny’s at 303 West Fifth Street, Powder Room is an intimate, living-room–style cocktail bar with 1980s leanings expected to open in mid-February. The space will offer cocktails (including infused vodkas and infused tequilas) and snacks, with drinks developed by Drew Record of San Francisco bars Trick Dog and Chezchez.
