"Delayed by permit issues, Grabbagreen's debut at Village Square was pushed to June 10. The 1,780-square-foot corner counter-service concept, next door to Yojié Japanese Fondue, positions itself as a “healthy alternative” to standard fast-casual choices with a “semi-organic, preservative-free, naturally gluten-free, and GMO free” menu and has announced ambitions to expand to other Las Vegas locations. Built around customizable bowls and wraps or pre-designed combinations such as the “Mediterranean Sea” of chicken, cucumber, Kalamata olive, and mint, it also offers breakfast bowls in steak, chicken, or veggie variations, plus smoothies, fresh-pressed juices, “acai cups,” and “elixirs.” With no soda machines installed, the restaurant encourages diners to “drink clean,” and is open Sundays from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and the rest of the week from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m." - Bradley Martin
