"The Wisconsin-based roaster and bake shop has opened a 2,500-square-foot Andersonville coffee shop at 5425 N. Clark Street, its third Chicago location following openings in Lincoln Park and Logan Square. The new cafe debuts drinks such as a sparkling espresso and a cold brew made with maple-flavored syrup, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves, and continues the chain’s pastry program — they bake pastries and distribute them to Chicago locations. Andersonville features a sidewalk patio, floor-to-ceiling windows that swing out, and decorative gargoyle sculptures, and is open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. The chain arrived in Chicago in May 2017 after debuting 25 years ago in Milwaukee (September is its birth month), and it’s planning a suburban Evanston location while Block Club Chicago reported a Wicker Park site should open in the spring at Damen and Division." - Ashok Selvam
