"I visited El Palmar in East Boston and found it to be truly a neighborhood restaurant; a menu highlight was the grilled burrito stuffed with queso fresco. Simple tacos arrive on lightly charred corn tortillas, and the beef tacos stood out for the smokiness of the grilled meat. The chunkier guacamole had a strong onion flavor, and the enchiladas verdes picantes were spicy with hot peppers in the salsa verde.
