"A concept restaurant in Tampa inspired by the letter “C,” its motto “All about the C” drives a menu of C-themed items—cheesecake, champagne, charcuterie—alongside cocktails, craft beers, and sandwiches on ciabatta or challah. The idea merges a champagne-and-dessert lounge vision with a plan to sell the owner’s mother-in-law’s homemade cheesecakes; owner Danna Haydar says she intends to maintain quality even for items that don’t begin with C. The kitchen offers playful pairings (crudo with cheesy mac) and comfort dishes, and early soft-opening reviews were mixed: diners praised the buffalo cauliflower and chicken carbonara gnocchi, while others criticized service and the owner’s handling of customers.
