"A community-minded restaurant run by chef Anthony Caldwell, a Dorchester native, is raising funds to open in Dorchester’s Fields Corner after operating as a private chef and catering business under the slogan “beautiful food for beautiful people.” The planned menu emphasizes Southern American fare—fried pickles, wings, chicken and waffles, burgers, vegetarian sliders and other sandwiches—while also incorporating some Asian-influenced dishes. The venture aims to hire local residents, provide leftover food to nearby shelters, and deliver youth mentorship through a partnership with the Helen Y.
