April Bloomfield’s Texas Restaurant Group May Take Over NYC Hotel Restaurants in Nine Orchard | Eater NY

"Bloomfield continues to steer the kitchen at her acclaimed Brooklyn restaurant, which she runs with restaurateur Gabriel Stulman (of Fairfax, Joseph Leonard, and Jeffrey's Grocery); since the announcement of her partnership with the Texas group, the restaurant installed a new executive chef, Skylar Mosca. Eater crowned the restaurant one of the year's best new restaurants in 2024, saying that "it represents the return of chef April Bloomfield to New York and the British-inflected cooking that made her name."
