"The Kirkland Tap & Trotter was a casual, family-friendly restaurant in Somerville opened by Chef Tony Maws in September 2013. It featured wood-fired grill cooking, a popular burger, a full-animal butchery approach, local craft beers, creative cocktails, and wine. It was known for hosting charity fundraisers and family dinner nights. The restaurant closed down after service on Saturday, July 20, following a nearly six-year run.
