"Nadima's Sushi & Mongolian Express is a Torrance newcomer from a Mongolian couple that serves traditional Mongolian fare, including soulful South Bay lamb rib soups, noodle stir-fries, and deep-fried hand pies. Co-owner Gantuya Davaa and her husband Chinbat opened the restaurant in spring 2019, opting not to make Mongolian barbecue which is popular in the U.S. but not traditional, instead choosing to introduce traditional dishes from their culture." - Joshua Lurie
