"Returning to its former Oakhurst location under Shane Mixon’s ownership, the restaurant will reopen as Paolino Italian Restaurant and Gelateria in the space formerly occupied by Son of a Bear. It will include a gelato and dessert shop and features a menu similar to Mixon’s former Saba but with a stronger focus on classic Italian dishes and freshly made pastas — think fettuccine Alfredo, linguine and clam sauce, lasagna, lobster ravioli, and eggplant pappardelle.
