"With a projected opening date of mid-July 2021, the new Gorges flagship brewery will feature a mezzanine, upper-level bar, two roof decks (one family-friendly), private dining barrel room, and a main dining space. Future plans for the Cascade Locks property include an A-frame “glamping” campground, so visitors can use the location as a home base for the Gorge’s outdoor activities.
