In-N-Out Has Filed Plans to Open Its First Location in Portland, Oregon | Eater Portland
"A new lunch-y Hawaiian restaurant set to open next month at 2026 N.E. Alberta Street, led by owners Tracee and Brandon Hirahara, who together bring roughly five decades of restaurant experience and most recently served as chefs de cuisine at Eem and Langbaan, respectively.
