"I'm excited that a second Sapporo Revolving Sushi is headed to the Centennial Gateway Retail Center, where it will fill a substantial 5,361-square-foot space next to Moo Woo Korean BBQ and across the parking lot from Cafe Zupas. Launched last December in Chinatown, Sapporo's automated dining format lets me grab plates of sushi, nigiri, and chicken karaage as they travel past my seat for $2.50 a portion; for more kitchen-intensive choices I place an order on the iPad at the table and receive it by a separate miniature "train." Its parent company, which also operates Sweet Poke, Samurai Japanese Steakhouse, and Ichi Ramen, is expanding this model locally and lists the new location as "coming soon." - Bradley Martin
