"Toss Pizzeria & Pub is launching a monthly charitable pie series where the restaurant will donate partial sales to a selected nonprofit each month. The first is a collaboration with Buda, Texas food truck Tejas Birria. The result is, naturally, a birria pizza with a side of consomme meant for dipping slices. 10 percent of the pie sales will go towards Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas this month. The pie is available for takeout (pickup and delivery) and dine-in services from both of its locations on South First in the Dawson neighborhood and on Bee Cave Road in Bee Cave." - Nadia Chaudhury
