H-E-B Is Opening Barbecue Restaurant True Texas BBQ in Lake Austin - Eater Austin
"H-E-B first started serving barbecue at the Café Mueller restaurant at the Mueller location. Eventually, it expanded with the standalone barbecue restaurant now with ten locations throughout the state, including San Antonio, each overseen by a separate pitmaster. A forthcoming H-E-B on Slaughter Lane will also have an outpost on True Texas BBQ, and will likely open before the Lake Austin location." - Erin Russell
