Fremont East izakakya temporarily shutters - Eater Vegas
"Shinya Maru Ramen & Izakaya has decided to temporarily close until March to make interior upgrades and revamp the menu. Operated by California's Octopus Restaurant Group, it promises to return with enhanced sushi and ramen offerings. Initially launched in July, the restaurant is set to undergo significant changes to align more closely with the company's H2O Sushi & Izakaya concept." - Bradley Martin
