"When Havana’s Cuban Cuisine (8600 Griffin Road, Cooper City) reopened for in-room dining on May 18 after nearly two months closed, I saw that former wide receiver Chad ‘Ochocinco’ Johnson left a $1,000 tip on a $37 bill; he wrote on the tab, “Congrats on the re-opening, sorry about the pandemic, hope this helps. ‘I love you.’” He also tweeted a photo of the receipt with the Bible verse Proverbs 11:25 as the caption. The restaurant thanked him on their social media, expressing appreciation for his continued patronage, generosity to their employees during these difficult times, and offering blessings to him and his family." - Olee Fowler
