"In Seattle, Tran’s first boba shop Moo Bar opened in 2017 when her husband started working for Amazon, and she used it to test a series of dog-themed glass designs (husky, Shiba, Doberman) before discovering that customers overwhelmingly wanted corgis. Many tech workers from Amazon came in with their pups — leading Tran to call the corgi “the first dog of Amazon” — and while it took a couple of years for people there to embrace reusable containers, both sustainability-minded customers and collectors kept returning." - Becky Duffett
