Pho Bac Family and Dick’s Collaborate on Little Saigon Charity Pop-up at Hello Em - Eater Seattle
"On Tuesday, August 10, local fast food icon Dick’s Drive-in will be popping up at Vietnamese cafe Hello Em in Little Saigon for a charity event with the Pho Bac family. They’ll be joined by acclaimed chef Matt Broussard of Tik-Tok fame, serving up items such as “Viet poutine” from Broussard, alongside pate gravy made by Yenvy Pham of Hello Em and Pho Bac. Tickets are $75 (which includes fries and gravy for two, plus some 80s-retro Dick’s swag), with proceeds going to Friends of Little Saigon, a community-based organization that aims to enhance the neighborhood’s cultural and economic vitality.
