"A 7,500-square-foot brewpub that recently rebranded and refreshed its kitchen under Chef Daniel Leal, the venue now emphasizes a hearty breakfast program alongside its existing lunch, dinner and beer offerings. The new breakfast menu includes a smoked jalapeño sausage kolache and a chicken wrap, plus two large, chef-driven breakfast sandwiches — one inspired by rajas con queso that features omelet-style egg whites with caramelized onions, green onions and shallots, smoked gouda, Mexican squash and watercress on a local English muffin; the other (the “Danny Dropper”) layers an omelet-style egg with green and yellow American cheeses, roasted pickled jalapeños, caramelized onions and a garlic chili crisp smear. Weekends bring half-pound servings of barbacoa and carnitas with tortillas, and a coffee pop-up offers cold brew and cinnamon-and-honey Cubano lattes made with beans from a local roaster. Originally opened in early 2020 at 1504 Chapman Street and acquired by new ownership in 2022, the spot keeps some prior traditions (Korean barbecue steak nights, burger and pizza specials) while aiming to serve the neighborhood from breakfast through dinner; breakfast hours are 9 a.m.–4 p.m. Wednesday–Sunday, with lunch starting at 11 a.m. and dinner at 4 p.m." - Brittany Britto Garley
