"A Riverwalk restaurant/bar that opened in July with a menu shaped like a Chicago map intended to introduce tourists to signature city flavors; early on it listed a Chatham-style rib-tip item using another restaurant's sauce, which prompted a cease-and-desist and removal of the reference after the owners learned there was no agreement.
