Where to Eat on Christmas in New York City

"Christmas Eve and Christmas Day feature a prix-fixe menu for $165 per person. It’s a roundup of favorites, such as gougeres with Bergkäse cheese, duck liver parfait, celery root tartare, “doppio” pasta with rabbit confit, boudin noir with sweetbreads, beef paprikash, salmon en croute, and whole roasted chicken for two. There’s apple strudel for dessert and more. Also available, starting December 3: Chef Markus Glocker and pastry chef Emiko Chisholm will offer their holiday stollen,made with dried fruits, nuts, spices, and a touch of marzipan.Available for pickup at Koloman and Ace Hotel Lobby and at Schaller & Weber.
