"The pint-sized Polynesian perch above the former downstairs spot arrived in summer 2019 and is known for a long list of Caribbean rums and thoughtful interpretations of historical classics served in funky glassware. The slim, leafy setup later added a bona fide sit-down bar to showcase its popular volcanoes and frozen pina coladas. Daily happy hour (5 p.m.–7 p.m. weekdays; 3 p.m.–6 p.m. Saturdays; all-day on Sundays) features $10 Zombies and nitro rum drinks, plus $5-and-up bites such as atchara-topped barbecue chicken, Spam sliders, and soy-marinated beef skewers.
