"Now open across from the Hard Rock Hotel and Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas at the intersection of Paradise Road and Harmon Avenue, this newly unveiled 24-hour fast-casual spot — which took over a former Checkers outpost in the Shoppes at Harmon Square — is already drawing steady drive-thru traffic. The 2,670-square-foot counter-service location was quickly remodeled on an estimated $68,000 budget and features a hard-to-miss illuminated revolving sign on the roof. It serves the chain’s signature steam-grilled-on-a-bed-of-onions sliders and operates around the clock; the retail center also houses Fries N’ Pies, Roberto’s Taco Shop and MedMen, while nearby Shinya Maru Ramen & Izakaya recently closed. The brand has previously expanded in the Las Vegas area, arriving on the Strip in 2015, adding a downtown location in 2017, and opening inside Terrible’s Road House in Jean last year." - Susan Stapleton
