"Echo's, located in a historic building on the corner of Banks Street, is a partnership between the owners of Mediterranean restaurant 1,000 Figs (Theresa Galli and Gavin Cady) and Kate Heller of Leo’s Bread. The place is known for its wood-fired oven pizza, small plates, and a natural wine list. Starting December 1st, Echo's will serve brunch featuring wood-fired bagels, Italian stuffed donuts, cocktails, and other brunch classics on weekend mornings.
