The izakaya describes itself as offering “traditional Japanese dishes, regional specialties, and homemade cuisine with a modern flare.” Start with cold tofu with ikura, miso cheese, or roast pork, or try grilled mackerel, a salmon baguette, or salmon or scallop carpaccio.
