"After opening in Brossard in 2019, I checked out their new Plateau location on Mont-Royal by De la Roche and found the spicy red miso ramen — their signature — notable for being made with sake and a tonkotsu broth; they also offer tsukemen (noodles served dry with a bowl of broth for dipping) and tan tan noodles darkened with black sesame. Founded in 2013 by Japanese-born chef Koji Zenimaru, this is the chain's second Quebec location and it's open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m." - Valerie Silva
