Where to Eat in New Orleans’s Algiers Point Neighborhood

"Intrepid chef Pete Vasquez powers this gourmet-to-go neighborhood gem, with an emphasis on globally inspired dishes and deeply comforting fare. Folks may remember the chef from his days owning Marisol, or later, when he manned the grill at Bacchanal. He cooks Thursday through Sunday evening until he’s done, putting out everything from prime rib and twice-baked potatoes to grilled Portuguese sardines. The menu is updated regularly on Facebook." - Beth D'Addono
