Rooftop Bar and Lounge Rare Bird Opens Tomorrow at Noelle - Eater Nashville
"Rare Bird, a cocktail lounge located above the 12th floor of downtown boutique hotel Noelle, opens tomorrow. The 1,750-square-foot venue features a covered bar with seating for 30, open lounge seating for 50, a zinc top bar, inverted wood slat ceiling, leather and steel bar stools, and two outdoor fireplaces. The bar offers five cocktails, one beer, and two wines all on draft, along with additional cocktails, bottled brews, and wines. The food menu includes charcuterie, cheeses, oysters, and ceviche. Planned hours are 4 p.m. to midnight Monday-Wednesday, 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. Thursday-Saturday, and 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday." - Matt Rogers
