"Amare’s Feast of the Seven Fishes Christmas Eve dinner offers three appetizers and pastas along with two mains and dessert selections. Start with sauteed mussels in a light red sauce, zucchini flowers with Atlantic cod and rabiola, and calamari. Continue on to three pastas; squid ink pasta with jumbo lump crab, artichokes and bottarga, ravioli filled with Maine lobster, and large rigatoni with little neck clams and zucchini. The entrée choices are a grilled branzino or grilled octopus with a chickpea puree and fennel. Finish off with either the profitteroles or panetonne.
