"What makes Diversion different than your average cocktail bar is we execute our vision like a professional world class kitchen. Our bar chefs source the finest produce, clean, cut and process them to make our ingredients from scratch. We grow our own produce on our urban farms in the Heights & Spring Branch, totaling 10,000 sq. ft. We also visit the farmers market each weekend, & build relationships with farmers all over the state. We use our fresh Texas produce to craft cordials, infusions, tinctures, preserves, ferments, and vinegars. It is all made from scratch. If you look at the walls, you will see the various projects we conduct throughout the year as the seasons change."
