Naughty Patty’s Pops Up in Las Vegas With Smash Burgers

Before its food-hall debut this summer, it's staging a pop-up at a Strip resort offering complimentary burgers, fries, and a creamy concrete; the one-night event rewards early attendees with spots on the mascot's naughty list and a yearlong free-burger pass. The burger—resulting from significant R&D led by the resort's executive chef—is a potato-roll smash built from a proprietary blend of seasoned ground chuck, brisket, and short rib, finished with a secret sauce that recalls the classic ketchup-mayo-pickle combo and intentionally turned-up flavor profiles.
