"Revello Focacceria and Pasticceria is a family-owned bakery in Camogli, known for its signature focaccia al formaggio. The bakery has been making fresh bread, pizza, and sweets daily since 1964. The founder, Giacomo Revello, cleverly circumvented local laws to keep the bakery open on Sundays by disguising focaccia as a dessert. The bakery is one of the certified establishments that produce authentic Focaccia di Recco, a Ligurian specialty made with regional Stracchino cheese." - Lauren Breedlove
