"Ray's Kiawe Broiled Chicken truck sets up on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. The grill is as long as a semitrailer, shaded by a dented tin roof, heaped with fuming kiawe charcoal over which spin 30 to 40 chickens threaded onto special rotating spits.
