"A basement cocktail bar on East 22nd Street (next to a British steakhouse) where Albert Trummer currently works alongside his son Jakob; at present it is available for private events and is slated to open to the public soon. The program retains showmanship but in a more restrained mode—Jakob’s menu includes theatrically smoked drinks such as Aztec Medicine, which infuses mezcal, lime, fruit and spices with smoking applewood chips." - Robert Simonson
