"A late-night West African deli reworked to showcase a hot bar and an industrial flattop where cooks wrap lamb suya; the rib eye (ordered on recommendation) suffered from severe delays—customers were quoted 30 minutes and the reviewer waited about an hour—and arrived hacked into strips, diminishing the experience.
