"At Pinch Chinese I’d sample the new Peking duck that serves four for $75; it comes with the usual accoutrements — paper-thin, nearly transparent pancakes; hoisin sauce; and batons of scallion and ginger — and I’d suggest reserving it two days in advance. The skin is crunchy while the meat stays tender, and it’s pleasingly oily without leaving your hands slick; there’s no soup after the meat, but it’s a satisfying main course for four and costs $23 less than the disappointing duck offered at DaDong." - Chris Crowley
