Multiple Cookbooks Delayed in Shipping Accident

"An acclaimed New Orleans sandwich shop that rose to prominence after being named Bon Appétit's Best New Restaurant in 2017; its eagerly anticipated cookbook, originally due Feb. 15, was delayed when a container collapse on a cargo ship reportedly left 60 boxes lost overboard and 80 damaged. The chef-owner explained the mishap on Instagram, the publisher moved the release to June 21, and the incident — which also affected other authors' books — was described as a quintessentially 2022 misadventure." - Rachel Sugar
