"Serving as the hotel’s signature restaurant (yes, of the Beefbar brand fame), this dining room leans into Asian flavors where beef is the headliner, yet seafood and vegetable‑forward plates—especially sushi—hold their own; standouts for me were the crispy carpaccio with chipotle dressing and the yellowtail sashimi finished with a yuzu–truffle sauce.
