"As you glide up the escalator at the entrance of Dallas BBQ in Times Square, you’re greeted by a landscape filled with wild horses kicking up dust. That’s what freedom looks like. If you want to know what freedom tastes like, try the signature 32oz Henny Colada served in a heavy glass goblet that could fit a bowling ball. It’s a wonderful drink. More of a dessert, really, and not too strong. The brisket, on the other hand, tastes like it spent the night in an ashtray. Edible, sure, but not quite barbecue. Stick to the ribs, and try the chicken that melts in your mouth in a way that feels inappropriate. Dallas BBQ is a good time. Bring 40 of your friends. The food isn’t exceptional, but the drinks and portion sizes are." - Bryan Kim
