But Breads Bakery, who make some of our favorite babka (and rugelach and challah) in NYC have a new kiosk in Brooklyn Bridge Park where they’re turning babka savory by way of gooey mozzarella and tomato sauce. The babka pizza is exclusive to this Dumbo location, the brand’s first in Brooklyn, which will also sell their classic pastries and sandwiches.
