Mei Lai Wah Review - Chinatown - New York - The Infatuation

"Mei Lai Wah is a Chinese dim sum spot that makes some of the best pork buns in the city. The buns come in a few varieties, including steamed, baked, and there’s even one with chicken and egg in addition to pork, too. The baked ones with barbecue pork are the best, though - these things are perfectly soft, with a golden brown top, and caramel-y pieces of pork steaming on the inside. You can also get a full meal that involves some pretty good rice rolls and fried rice dishes with eggs, vegetables, and sausage mixed in. photo credit: Noah Devereaux" - Hannah Albertine
