Pueblo Querido Coffee Roasters Café de Colombia

Cafe · Greenpoint

@infatuation

"This friendly cafe in Greenpoint makes strong, smooth coffee and great baked goods. There are only a limited number of brightly colored stools inside the small family-owned coffee shop (which has two more locations in the neighborhood, and another in Williamsburg). That’s too bad—it’s a lovely place to linger, with burlap coffee sacks lining the walls and more plants per square foot than some city parks. There are no misses in that pastry case, but highlights include the springy, cheesy pandebono, the empanadas with satisfyingly crisp corn crusts, and the sweet and moist arepas. Apply their tart green hot sauce liberally." - molly fitzpatrick, bryan kim
