NYC’s New Restaurant Openings - New York - The Infatuation

"The Chelsea hotel is one of our favorite spots to drink a martini, do some people-watching over omelets, or eat paella after dark. The hotel's latest dining option: Teruko, a Japanese restaurant named after Teruko Yokoi. Yokoi was one of the hotel’s artists in residence in the 1950s, and her work is hung up around the subterranean space, which once housed nightclub Serena. They're serving Edomae style sushi, Japanese classics, and shareable dishes like whole fried dover sole, and wagyu fried rice." - will hartman, willa moore, molly fitzpatrick, sonal shah, bryan kim
