"Coney Burger looks like a fast food spot, but it suffers over every detail of its bulbous burgers. Almost the entire thing is made in-house, including the bread, pickled tomato, and yuzu mayo. They’re only open from Friday to Monday, and it’s worth popping in for a burger (they have a vegan option), fries, and a shake. Just look for the bright yellow and blue building with a burger ventanita.
