Rubinstein Bagels Eastlake

Bagel shop · Cascade

"Rubinstein Bagels is bringing our hand-crafted bagels to the Eastlake neighborhood! Located in Alexandria's new building near Fred Hutchinson and Chandler's Cove, these are the bagels you have been seeking for breakfast or lunch! Throw in artisan coffee and sandwiches and you have the perfect combo for a quick breakfast or weekend snack on the go. Rubinstein Bagels loves bagels! Our secret? We use organic, high-protein bread flour from Eastern Washington and a sourdough culture for a slight tang that complements our bagels' flavor, structure, and texture. Our long-fermenting process and hand-rolling techniques create a complex and moist dough. Plus, our stone hearth baking method guarantees a perfectly baked bagel every time."
