"Pollo Mania’s giant rotisserie is hard to miss when you walk in, but we’re just as obsessed with the tortilla-making station behind it. This casual Peruvian-Mexican spot in an El Monte strip mall includes a stack of warm hand-pressed flour tortillas with every order, which are an ideal sidekick to their crackly-skinned pollo al brasa.
